How to Read Your Candle đŻ
(Pyromancy, specifically⌠aka reading your candleâs flame)
High flame: your spell is strong along with the magick surrounding you
Low flame: there is something opposing your spell. It might be you, a deity, or the magick in general that believes you shouldnât do this spell or maybe your magick isnât strong enough at the time of your spell (try meditating more or practicing more if you think this is the case)
Crackling or popping flame: conversation! Your deities or spirits are trying to speak to you!Â
flickering flame: usually indicates a spirit is near or that your deity is listening to your prayer if youâre using a devotional candle
A split flame: indicates that there is more than one spirit accompanying you
If the candle will not light: your guardian/deity/intuition doesnât think doing this spell is a good idea
if the candle will not go out: usually means your spell is not done and your magic is still trying to finish up, let it burn some more until you think itâs time to put it out
Oh, what a magnificent creature!
I get weak in the knees, and I lose my breath. Oh, I try to speak but the words wonât come; Iâm so scared to death
SoâŚ.80k before the premiere? đ
Alright lets do this! Iâm setting up a queue again!!!
77 900!
Iâd say letâs do 90k until the show returns in february but the Caryl fandom got so small and we only have 44 days leftâŚ
Iâm gonna reblog it because it still melts my crusty ass heart to see this scene.Â
Nope havenât stopped. Now that Gimple is out, this ship will finally dock :))
I think what I love about Deep Space Nine is that itâs an interesting mix. Youâve got political issues between Bajor and Cardassia, the imminent threat of war with the Dominion looming overhead, the interpersonal relationships of all the characters- which are deeper and more complex than a lot of previous Star Trek shows, I think.
And then- Sisko invites Jakeâs girlfriend for dinner and doesnât tell him! Quark suddenly finds a baby! Itâs like they occasionally just decided âWhat sitcom tropes do we love?â Itâs fantastic.
âThen his eyes met mine, with a perfect understanding. Thirty seconds later, we were below in his cabinâ. –Â Voyager
